As a trained chef, I champion good food practices by running culinary workshops, writing a food column writing a blog, and write. am now applying my passion for engaging learning predominantly, but not exclusively, to the field of food and culinary arts. Currently, there is an abundance of events, channels and conversations about food, however their quality is often poor and serves the lowest denominator. The real foodies are often left wanting more and wanting better. To address that, I put together food focused experiences, events or materials that are engaging, authentic, accurate and instructive.

At the same time, I also actively collaborate with the wide range of companies on the matter of designing and facilitating interactive meeting spaces and coaching for public speaking. I have a fast experiences in working with IT professionals and companies in this regard.
